Professional Experience

Please refer to my website for the latest information: http://www.spin.jp.org If you need any information about Japanese culture, I am the one. After working for fashion and media industries for 14 years in Tokyo, Japan, I have moved to NJ, US in 2006. Then I went back to Japan in 2008. I am a writer, editor and translator with 18 years of experience in fashion publishing. My articles have appeared in Japanese Vogue, WeAr, Harper’s Bazaar Japan, ELLE Japon, Nikkei Marketing Journal and others. I also have worked for a fashion designer, Yohji Yamamoto as a publicist. Usually I write the text in Japanese, but I can ask my team of translators who have lots of experiences in journalism to translate the text into English. So, I can deliver the English text as you and your readers want. Book translation (EN to JA) is also one of my service. 5 books have been published so far. I can also work for the market research and report the consumer trends in Japan.
