This is a sequel to our 2008 discussion The Customer Is the Company: How Social Media Is Changing Business about social media's influence on customer service.

This time, the conversation will focus on the emerging role of Community Manager, and what that role means in different types of organizations. Panelists will also explore recent trends, and what community and social media practices have worked for successful customer communities.
