It was a little chilly, true, and sort of rainy out, granted, but a crowd of happy PR people nestled into Loggia, a quasi-outdoor space in Manhattan, for a fun night of cocktails and conversation sponsored by mediabistro.com and our friends at the Publicity Club of New York and Women Executives in Public Relations.
