ABC News political director Mark Halperin isn't sticking around for the 2008 campaigns. He's headed to Time instead, where his title will be senior political analyst and editor-at-large, and where he will report directly to managing editor Rick Stengel. In perhaps a sign of the times, Halperin was given the most credit for creating "The Note," ABC's inside-the-Beltway proto-blog. Presumably, he'll apply that expertise to the ongoing overhaul of Time.com ahead of what is already a hotly contested presidential campaign... Meanwhile, ABC News has lured Rick Klein away from The Boston ...
