The top of the masthead continues to turn over at Condé Nast Portfolio. You must be as sick of reading about it as we are typing about it, and yet the definitive take-down on its rocky beginnings has yet to be written (despite no shortage of anonymous "former staffers" and "sources close to the magazine"). The latest casualty is the magazine's Web chief, Chris Jones, who quit a month ago with no job lined up. This is why he plans to stick around as a consultant until a replacement is found... But perhaps a more surprising departure ...
