The egos at Elle have finally reached a tipping point: After months of whispered rumors about clashes between fashion director Nina Garcia and creative director Joe Zee, the former was let go on Friday. Sort of. The Project Runway star is 'still in talks' with Elle to be an editor-at-large so she can appear on the fifth season of the show, an arrangement that's mutually beneficial for her and the magazine.
