Michael Lewis has hit another Moneyball out of the park. The journo, who was earning a rumored $12 per word at struggling Portfolio, looks set to decamp for Graydon Carter's Vanity Fair. The deal was discussed (where else?) at the editor's humble abode, The Waverly Inn.
