Elsewhere in the world of politics, USA Today snags Paul Singer from Roll Call as political editor... Tumblr poaches Blackbook's Chris Mohney to be editor-in-chief of its new editorial product. Jessica Bennett, who took over Newsweek's Tumblr when Mark Coatney joined the blogging site, will serve as executive editor.
