its entire editorial staff, although it's not as bad as it sounds. Joe Pompeo
reports that editor-in-chief Aaron Hicklin
plans to hire back almost the entire 12-person editorial team on long-term contracts under the new Grand Editorial venture he is starting. The company will provide content to Out
, which will not have a reduction in frequency. Hicklin says
it's not a cost-cutting measure, but the staffers will no longer have benefits since they are freelancers...
Hearst Corp. hires Gina Garrubbo
as senior vice president of Hearst Magazines International's Global Women's Digital Advertising Network. (Try putting that on a business card.)... Jason Binn hires
