A.J. Daulerio is out as editor-in-chief of Gawker after roughly a year. John Cook will replace him. Nick Denton called Daulerio "the most successful editor of," adding "AJ's tenure at Gawker has been much like him: bold, infuriating, unpredictable... and often brilliant."
