Major cuts hit Al Jazeera America as the struggling network nears eight months on the air. In an email to staff, network president Kate O’Brian said the network has reached a "steady-state level of operations, and we are bringing our staffing levels into alignment with our long-range plan as per our original business case."... Today is longtime investigative journalist Michael Isikoff's last day at NBC News...  Jane Pauley trades The Peacock for The Eye, jumping to CBS News Sunday Morning, where she will be a contributor.
