Pat Kingsley, the woman and über-publicist who probably had more to do with magazine covers in the 1990s than any single magazine editor, is stepping down as CEO of her agency, PMK/HBH. Kingsley will continue to (mostly) torture editors and deny reporters access to her personal clients, which include director Michael Mann and actresses Jodie Foster and Sally Field.
