Facebook Acquires FriendFeed; Publicis Buys Razorfish
August 11, 2009

In other M&A news, Publicis will purchase Microsoft's Razorfish for about $530 million, and closer to home, mediabistro.com parent company WebMediaBrands is selling Internet.com and its assets to QuinStreet, Inc. for $18 million...
