Maer Roshan might just be the only man in America nostalgic for the late, lamented Talk feature "Tina Brown's Diary." He's still wooing her to write for Radar, and the will-she-or-won't-she? drama has Keith Kelly at the Post filing breathless reports almost daily. (As of Friday, she won't be.) Roshan's been busy cutting checks with Mort Zuckerman's money for contributing editors, however. His star pupil from their New York magazine days, Vanessa Grigoriadis, is on board, as are Bret Easton Ellis, Jake Tapper, Gawker's Choire Sicha, former frat boy ...
