The imminent sale of Spin to the starry-eyed San Francisco-based publisher Tom Hartle promises a raft of changes for the staff (but at least they're not changing coasts...yet.) WWD reports that Hartle is reaching out to the now-deposed founding duo of Blender, editor Andy Pemberton and publisher Malcolm Campbell, to take over from current editor/publisher pair Sia Michel and Jake Hill. Campbell was publisher once before, and Pemberton spent plenty of quality time at British music magazine Q before coming here. No word yet on whether either man has accepted, or even been officially ...
