Details from the latest bloodbath at Time Inc. continue to leak onto the Web. People magazine has overhauled its Specials department in the wake of mass staff cuts, according toWomen's Wear Daily. The staff dedicated to producing "The Sexiest Man Alive" and other such issues is being broken up and reassigned to the magazine's general pool of reporters and editors, the better to absorb the hits taken from closing the magazine's Austin, Chicago, Washington and Miami bureaus, not to mention the voluntary buyouts...
