We'll also discuss how to design email templates to best support your brand, whether accessed on a desktop or via mobile, while including and following proper legal disclaimers. Throughout this course, we'll also take a look at examples of successful email campaigns to help inspire your own digital strategy.

In this class, you will learn how to:

  • Develop copywriting and design techniques, including subject lines and content for higher open rates and click-through
  • Integrate social media tools into email campaigns to function as a part of your overall digital strategy
  • Develop and manage distribution lists including mass mailings (MailChimp, Constant Contact, Exact Target, etc)
  • Evaluate optimal time, date, and frequency to decrease unsubscribes and increase your open rate
  • Prevent blacklisting from servers

Testimonials

I came out of Sarah Grace's class much farther ahead in the field than I went in, because she zeroes in on what your weaknesses are and gives tons of one-on-one help. -- Wendy Baker
