Learn how to create video projects in Final Cut Pro X, the newest version of Final Cut Pro, a powerful tool for professional video editing. Whether you're entirely new to video editing or looking to navigate the most recent changes to the software, you'll leave class with an understanding of how to edit compelling video using Final Cut Pro X.
In this class, you will learn how to:
- Create and manage projects and media
- Edit video and audio using the magnetic timeline
- Use the precision editor to fine tune edits
- Add transitions, titles and effects.
- Finish and create your final edited output
By the end of class you will have:
The ability to edit and encode video using Final Cut Pro X and Quicktime.
Admission Requirements:
Students need to have access to Final Cut Pro X software to complete assignments. All class discussions will demo Final Cut Pro X.
