Keeping track of your clients, prospects, and Customer Relationship Management, or CRM, is essential. This class will teach you the basics of Salesforce.com, the cloud computing system used by sales people, marketers, customer service teams, and business analysts. We'll show you how to use the system, with a key focus on leads, opportunities, contacts, accounts, reports, dashboards, and chatter. 

In this class, you will learn how to:
  • Efficiently and effectively use navigation and search
  • Organize and track accounts, contacts, opportunities, and leads
  • Gather snapshots and summaries of your business through reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with anyone, anywhere using Chatter
By the end of class, you will have:
The skills to access, personalize, and navigate Salesforce, as well as a working understanding of objects and how they work together within Salesforce.
