Digital tools like Twitter are redefining how journalists -- and anyone else -- can find, report, and comment on news. YouTube, Facebook, and other social platforms have made the Internet into one giant, hyper-connected publishing system. What does this mean for the editorial and financial future of journalism and publishing? How are smart journalists reacting, and how will they adapt to seize new opportunities and be successful?

This mediabistro.com panel will focus on individual journalists and the technologies they are using to source and report stories. Topics include how to acquire new skill sets, and the best digital tools to use, and personal branding. Moderated by Manoush Zomorodi (Reuters).
