The class I want to take starts today! Is it too late to sign up?
It’s never too late—as long as you call us by 6 pm Eastern. Give us a shout at 212-547-7890. We’ll get you setup and make sure your application is processed so you can get started.
I really want to take a class, but I can’t pay now. Do you offer financial aid or payment plans?
We require payment in full prior to the start of all classes. No financial aid is available.
I need a receipt or letter of completion for my class for tax and/or reimbursement purposes. Who do I ask for that?
You can print out your receipt at your account. You can also email us with details and we'll send what you need in a jiffy.
Can I get a refund?
Course enrollments are nonrefundable. If you have questions about whether a course is right for you, just ask. We’ll work with you to make sure the class you choose is the perfect fit for your learning goals, and one we stand behind 100 percent.
Can I get a course credit?
If for some reason you can’t attend a course, email us at least three business days prior to the start date of the class. We will extend you a credit toward a future course, good for one year from your application date.
