Courses

The class I want to take starts today! Is it too late to sign up?
It's not too late—as long as you call us by 6 pm Eastern. Please call 212-547-7890 and we'll expedite the process.

I want to take a class but the dates don’t work for me. Will you run it again?
We post courses as they're scheduled. If another session isn’t already listed, simply click "Notify me of next session" on the page of the course you want to take and we'll email you as soon as a new session is scheduled.

I really want to take a class, but I can’t pay now. Do you offer financial aid or payment plans?
We require payment in full prior to the start of all classes. No financial aid is available.

I need a receipt or letter of completion for my class for tax and/or reimbursement purposes. Who do I ask for that?
You can print out your receipt at your account. You can also email us your request.

I want to take a class or online conference. How can I make sure I’m at the right level?
just ask. We require applications for more advanced classes, but we’re happy to advise you to make sure your learning goals are best served.

Can I get a course credit?
If for some reason you can’t attend a course, email us at least three business days prior to the start date of the class. We will extend you a credit toward a future course, good for one year from your purchase date.

Can I get a refund?
Course enrollments are nonrefundable. If you have questions about whether a course is right for you, Just ask. We’ll work with you to make sure the class you choose is the perfect fit for your learning goals.
